Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Operations Executive to join our company. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and a solid background in e-commerce operations. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, managing customer inquiries and concerns, and driving e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of customer service, e-commerce platforms, and operational processes within the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the e-commerce platform, improve the user experience.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the e-commerce experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure reliable and timely product sourcing and delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and generate reports to evaluate operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions.


  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the electronics industry.
  • Strong background in customer service, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and online sales channels (Shopify / Shopee / Lazada / OMS / WMS)
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing key metrics to drive operational decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes specific to the electronics sector.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
