What are the main differences between your three Sterra Vacuum Models?

These are three great vacuum models from Sterra. To easily compare, here are the basic differences between the three:

• Our Sterra Beam™ Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum is the only model amongst the three that has water tanks and sprays water. This helps clean up spills and pick up thick liquids, grease, and sludge. 
• Sterra Flow™ Cordless Vacuum is a lightweight dry only vacuum with superior suction. It can be changed to either long stick or handheld mode making it very convenient for the user to effortlessly maneuver in corners and tight spaces.
• Our Sterra Flow Pro™ Cordless Vacuum cleaner is an upgraded version with stronger suction power for an even higher efficiency cleaning with versatile attachments to suit any cleaning needs.

Do all Sterra Vacuum spray water when used?

Only our Sterra Beam™ Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner has a spray that automatically sprays water through its built-in nozzle.

Do the Sterra Vacuums have water tanks?

Only our Sterra Beam™ Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum has one water tank each for clean and dirty water. Our Sterra Flow™ and Sterra Flow Pro™ Cordless Vacuum doesn’t have a water tank but a dust cup.

How do I clean and maintain my Sterra Vacuum?

To  maintain and clean your Sterra Vacuum, please take note of the following:

 Sterra Beam™ Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum:

1. Only use the original HEPA filters provided by Sterra.
2. It is recommended that the dirty water tank be cleaned promptly after each use. When dust accumulation is too high blocking the HEPA filter, it needs to be cleaned, washed, or replaced if necessary.
3. Check for dust buildup and if the HEPA filter is already blocked, please clean, wash, or replace accordingly.
4. Clean the roller brush regularly removing any dust build-up or tangled hairs to make sure the roller brush can work efficiently.

Does it have a built-in battery?

Yes, all of our Sterra Vacuums have built-in batteries and are rechargeable. Below are the battery capacities per vacuum model:

• Sterra Beam™ Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum: 4000 mah
• Sterra Flow™ Cordless Vacuum: 2600mah for each battery cell (total of 6 Cells)
• Sterra Flow Pro™ Cordless Vacuum: 2200mah for each battery cell (total of 6 Cells)
