HEPA-13 filters contain 3 layers, each of which fulfils a specific function.

Layer 1 - Pre-filter
Large, airborne particles and pollutants are captured by the first layer, reducing the likelihood of dust circulating in your room over long periods of time.

Layer 2 - True HEPA-13
In the second layer, airborne contaminants as small as 0.3 microns* are eliminated. This includes viruses and bacteria, in addition to pollen, dust mite droppings, and PM2.5 (haze).

Layer 3 - Activated carbon
The third layer is the enhanced activated carbon filter, which actively absorbs and neutralises unpleasant and unwanted odours in the air like smoke, fumes from the kitchen, and more.

*Particle size is measured in microns, ranging from dust to airborne bacteria.

The Moon™ covers up to 57.14m2, making it suitable for 2- or 3-room flats.

Yes, you can select standby/sleep mode from the fan speed settings. This mode sets the device to low fan speed and turns off the light indicator.

The filter lasts approximately 2,200 hours. With daily use of 6-8 hours, the lifespan is about 9-12 months. You’ll know it’s time to change the filter when the ring light flashes red.

The filter is not washable and should be replaced when needed.

The power consumption is low, at 45W, costing around $0.01 per hour of use. Running the air purifier for 10 hours daily would result in an approximate monthly electricity cost of $3.

A flashing red light indicates that the filter needs to be changed. When changing the filter, make sure to remove the filter's packaging before use. Turn off and unplug the purifier before replacing the filter.

Unfortunately, this cannot be done since there’s nothing to keep the special membrane in its position. This membrane is not available with the Moon™ model. If you own pets that routinely shed or have odours, consider purchasing Paws™ instead, which has a greater level of coverage and CADR as the Moon™.

Yes, you can control some of the air purifier’s features using the SmartLife App, which you can download on your phone.
