Great water filter *** dispenser at great price

Sterra has very good service personnel who responded to my questions clearly and concisely. Installation was a breeze with very professional staff. The water filter *** dispenser is of adequate size, though not the smallest. However, i personally prefer this model whereby the hot, room temperature and cold water dispenser are separated instead of having to select from screen or buttons. Great price and superb product.

Whole family loves it! Very convenient as we don't need to boil water to make hot drinks. Simplicity at its best! P.s: noticeable scratches found on the initial machine but was replaced a new set with the assistance from customer service team. Tq!
