POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader! As the Sales Manager, you will work directly with the founder & General Manager to lead and manage the brand’s offline sales operations. You will be developing and executing on offline sales strategy to drive growth and profitability. You will build a high-performing sales team through hiring, training, and leading. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to effectively meet the company's strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
Preparing financial projections and sales targets
Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Recruit sales personnel, set objectives, train and coach them and monitor their performance
Ensure that Sterra’s Sales target are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
Develop plans to use new technologies to improve business processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of offline Sales experience from ecommerce or retail background, with experience leading a sales team
Strong problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment
OTHER INFORMATION:
Working hours : Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. OT may be required from time to time depending on business needs.
