POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Product Sales Specialist, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment, engaging with diverse customers and showing them how our products can improve their quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Engagement:
  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.
  • Understand customers’ needs to offer tailored product recommendations.
  • Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales, making customers feel valued.
      • 2. Sales:
    • Use product knowledge to recommend and upsell premium items.
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to store growth.
    • Actively seek opportunities to close deals and achieve goals.
        • 3. Team Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals and provide excellent service.
      • Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.

          • Willing to work on Public Holidays and Weekends
              • OTHER INFORMATION:
            • Working Schedule: 11am to 9pm (2 meal breaks), 5 days work week. Rest days are flexible.
            • Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission.
