POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Product Sales Specialist, you can expect lots of fun and challenges during your course of work! You get to interact with people from all walks of life, introducing our products to them, suggesting how our products can improve their quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Service:
  • Greet customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Assist customers in finding products, providing information, and offering recommendations.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prompt-following up with potential customers from online leads, via various communication channels
2. Sales:
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Utilize product knowledge to recommend, cross-sell and upsell products and complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the store.
3. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and sales events to effectively communicate them to customers.
4. Merchandising:
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
5. Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address issues and share insights.
  • Collect customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement in products and sales processes, providing valuable insights to sales leaders for future enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience in achieving high sales track record
  • KPI driven and hungry for growth
  • Resilient and adapt well to fast changing environments
  • Great listening and communication skills
  • Tech Savvy - comfortable working with platforms such as Cloud (Google Drive), online advertisements, WhatsApp, email, etc.
  • Willing to work on Public Holidays and Weekends
    • OTHER INFORMATION:
    • 5 days a week (off on weekdays)
    • Mall hours 10am-10pm / Shift work also available
    • Basic + Commission
