Position Overview
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and expanding our customer base. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven marketing leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-growth start-up environment. You will lead a high-performing team and leverage your expertise to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with Sterra's business objectives and drives sustainable growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment, and delivery.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the e-commerce platform, improve the user experience.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the e-commerce experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure reliable and timely product sourcing and delivery.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and generate reports to evaluate operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the electronics industry.
- Strong background in customer service, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and online sales channels (Shopify / Shopee / Lazada / OMS / WMS)
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing key metrics to drive operational decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes specific to the electronics sector.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
