Job Description

  • Product demonstration face-to-face for customers
  • Ensure all customers are well taken care of from live chat, phone, WhatsApp and
  • showroom
  • Empathize with customers on their concerns
  • Become product expert to answer all product queries

Job Requirements

  • Only Singaporean/PRs may apply
  • Extremely positive mindset and attitude
  • Experience in Customer Service required
  • Patience to handle all customers
  • Great communication skills, EQ and positive language
  • Empathy and ability to read customers to know what they want
  • Calm and composed in all situations
  • Able to manage both happy and angry customers
  • Willing to learn
  • Great command of English

Work Schedule

  • Alternating 5 and 6 days/week (one weekend per week)
  • 10am 7pm
