Eligibility

1. This promotion is exclusively for new homeowners who have collected their keys within the past 3 months or have an upcoming key collection date within the next 3 months.

2. This is open to all housing types in Singapore.

3. Promotional items and bundles are available for a limited time and are subject to stock availability.

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. If a customer requests a refund, the entire bundle must be returned in its original condition, including all items received as part of the promotion. Partial refunds for individual items within the bundle are not allowed.

2. Strictly no refunds after 1 month from the purchase date for customers who have requested Sterra to hold their products, except in cases of product defects or installation limitations upon delivery.

3. In the event of a product defect, a one-to-one exchange or repair will be provided for the defective item.
