Terms & Conditions


Campaign Period

Sterra’s COMEX Nintendo Switch Lucky Draw runs from 28 August 2025, 12:00 AM (SGT) to 31 August 2025, 11:59 PM (SGT).

Eligibility

  1. Open to all individuals who are legal residents of Singapore and aged 18 years and above.

  2. Employees of Sterra, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Mechanics

To qualify, participants must:

  1. Make a minimum spend of $60 at Sterra’s booth during the COMEX Show.

  2. Each qualifying spend entitles the participant to one (1) chance to play Sterra’s claw machine.

  3. Only participants who successfully draw the Golden Ticket from the claw machine at COMEX will be eligible for entry into the final lucky draw.

  4. The winner will be selected randomly via a Spin-the-Wheel draw on 5 September 2025.

Winner Announcement

  1. The winner will be announced on 5 September 2025 via Sterra’s official Instagram page.

  2. The winner will also be contacted directly via email.

  3. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their contact information at the time of participation.

General Terms

  1. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash unless otherwise specified.

  2. Sterra reserves the right to:

    • Disqualify any participant found to have violated these T&Cs or engaged in fraudulent activities.

    • Amend or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice.

  3. By participating, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  4. In the event of any dispute, Sterra’s decision will be final and binding.
